Ms. Fust combines nine years of prior partner-level search experience from two other global search firms with an extensive knowledge base and network developed during 16 years of diversified industry experience. Her clients include major North American energy and water utilities, unregulated energy companies and a number of clean fuel and renewable energy technology companies.

Her search practice includes board directors along with C-level management and senior leadership positions in a broad range of functions including operations, engineering, finance, risk management, project development, EH&S and sustainability.

Prior industry experience includes energy consulting positions with Xenergy and Cambridge Energy Research Associates.

For independent power developer, Diamond Energy (Mitsubishi), she was responsible for business development and fuel supply acquisition.  Joining Enron in 1989, she spent four years in marketing, finance, strategy and regulatory affairs positions in Texas and California. 

Ms. Fust began her career at Frito–Lay, Inc. in environmental and industrial engineering. During her 10-year career she was responsible for the design and permitting of innovative water and wastewater treatment facilities and for the development company-wide programs for strategic sourcing of energy and flexible packaging.

Ms. Fust holds a master’s in environmental science from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s in zoology from Miami University in Ohio.
