Ms. Tuffley is responsible for leading Futurestep’s entire portfolio of services, including projects, outsourcing, consulting and single middle management recruitment. She has been instrumental in helping the company become the market leader in Australia, since joining Korn/Ferry in 2000.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Ms. Tuffley worked for more than a decade in a variety of consulting and operational roles with a major Australian human resource consultancy, on consulting projects across APAC and EMEA.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Tuffley worked in the health arena, practicing within both the public and private sectors in Australia and the U.K. She also held tutoring and examining positions at the University of Queensland and Cumberland College.

Ms. Tuffley earned an executive master’s of business administration degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of NSW, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Queensland, a post graduate diploma from Cumberland College of Health Sciences.
