In addition to working on chief executive officer, chief operating officer and president- level searches for established and emerging fashion businesses, Ms. Merjos’s product expertise encompasses luxury lifestyle brands and couture.  She works with both domestic and international clients that are publicly traded, family owned or private equity backed.  In addition to her C-Suite capabilities, Ms. Merjos has an expertise in product development, design and merchandising search work.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Merjos worked on retail, fashion and luxury goods searches at another international executive search firm, where she helped build client relationships as an engagement manager.

She began her search career as a research manager and was recruited to a competing search firm that specializes in retail and fashion assignments, where she worked as a senior associate for the chief executive officer of the organization until 2004. 

Ms. Merjos is an active member of The Young New Yorkers for The Philharmonic committee.

She received a bachelor of arts degree in liberal arts from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts.
