Possessing nearly two decades of experience working in executive search at Korn/Ferry, Mr. Seno leverages his vast expertise to identify top talent for companies in the pharmaceutical, medical devices & diagnostics, OTC and life sciences-related consulting sectors.

In addition, he continues to spearhead the expansion of Korn/Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting group in Japan, coordinating with teams in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to localize services and implement projects such as management assessment, succession planning and executive development workshops for Japanese and multinational clients in the region.

Prior to Bain & Company, Mr. Seno was general manager of the Japanese subsidiary of a foreign trading firm. The bulk of his previous professional experience was in the commodities trading business, working in Tokyo, London and Hamilton, Bermuda.

Mr. Seno earned an MBA from Stanford University and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Yokohama National University. He also holds an Associate CPA license in Japan.
