Mr. Ho leverages his extensive experience in business advisory services with multinational organizations in Asia Pacific to serve government and not-for-profit organizations and education institutions, as well as financial services and professional services firms.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Ho spent five years as a senior consultant in the commerce and industry group of another major executive search firm. He served both multinationals and regional conglomerates focusing on recruiting their business heads and senior management teams primarily in Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Born in the U.K., Mr. Ho began his career as an auditor, training as a Chartered Accountant. He then specialized in taxation with KPMG Peat Marwick, where, upon qualification, he advised numerous individual and corporate clients. He began working in Hong Kong in 1991 after joining the tax and business advisory services division of Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Ho is a graduate of the University of Nottingham with a joint honors degree in mathematics and management studies.
