For more than a decade, Ms. Phillips has recruited executives in the retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer businesses. She has executed senior-level executive searches in merchandising, marketing, operations and finance, working with highly marketed retail clients.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1998, Ms. Phillips worked for a New York-based executive search firm specializing in the high technology industry. She led project teams in the identification and recruitment of senior executives in high technology, while also developing and managing strategic business relationships in a variety of vertical markets.

Before entering the search industry, Ms. Phillips was a consultant for Assessment Systems, Inc., performing customer service behavioral assessments for major companies.

Ms. Phillips earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson (Madison) University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware.
