Mr. Fialho brings extensive consulting experience ranging from helping senior executives clarify their business strategies and define operational models to aligning organizational structure with strategy, culture, and people. He specializes in the execution of performance management strategy, top team engagement, and strategic alignment.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Fialho was a corporate director at Hay Group, and led the firm’s building effective organizations practice in Brazil, and its global C-Suite practitioner network. He has served as a management and strategy executive for several global companies, and as director and associate dean of Fundação Dom Cabral, recently ranked by the Financial Times as the sixth best executive education center in the world.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fialho has developed a unique approach to management strategy termed “strategic inspiration,” helping clients align inspiration and aspiration in setting their business strategy before they move forward with the tactics of implementation.
Leveraging his background in finance, strategy, and philosophy, a connection of hard and soft skills, has provided Mr. Fialho the ability to help senior leadership of Fortune 500 and Latin American companies to clarify their business goals, define operational models, and align their organizational strategy, people, and culture for more effective business execution.
He is certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect® and Choices Architect®. He is also a board member for Metalfrio and AACD, and an advisory board member of IBOPE.
Mr. Fialho holds multiple academic degrees, including master of business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Ohio University; a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gama Filho University, and a bachelor of philosophy degree from UNISUL (Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina). He is also a frequent lecturer on strategy and M&A topics at various universities in Latin America. Mr. Fialho is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
