She specializes in search engagements in the management consulting and information technology services sectors. Much of Ms. Rhea’s work has been at the CEO and corresponding direct report levels in the largest consulting companies in the world. Her search experience in consulting spans all industries and includes functional areas such as corporate strategy & operations, mergers & acquisitions, CFO advisory, marketing & sales, customer management, supply chain management, information technology advisory, and outsourcing. Ms. Rhea also specializes in placing ex-consultants into strategy roles within industry or in private equity firms. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Rhea was global managing director and vice president of BearingPoint’s Customer Management Practice which spanned four continents. Before joining BearingPoint, Ms. Rhea was a consulting partner with KPMG, where she was responsible for leading the firm’s Customer Value Management practice. Ms. Rhea’s ground-breaking client work earned Gartner Group’s CRM Excellence Award in 2001. Ms. Rhea has been featured as a consulting industry leader in Consulting Magazine, InformationWeek and on the Forbes CNBC show “World Business Review”. Ms. Rhea holds a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Miami where she graduated with high honors.
