Ms. Penfold has ten years experience within executive search and talent management. She has concentrated for the last five years on the human resources functional arena.

She has supported a wide variety of organisations, from global corporations to fast-growth small and medium size enterprises to private equity businesses, with talent tracking, search, assessment, development and due diligence services.

Ms. Penfold has worked for two leading search businesses before joining the Firm to help build and develop the human resources center of excellence globally.

She has a master of arts degree in postcolonial and commonwealth literature, as well as a bachelor of arts degree in English literature and language from the University of Leeds.
