Ms. Hopkins brings to Korn/Ferry over a decade’s worth of executive search experience, and has conducted searches in all aspects of the technology marketplace with a variety of companies ranging from early stage to Fortune 500, with both domestic and global reach. Within these organizations, she has successfully placed various senior executive positions in a broad range of functions, including chief marketing, chief sales, chief technology/information, chief executive and chief operating officers.

Additionally, Ms. Hopkins is a member of the Information Technology Officers Center of Expertise. She has significant experience in recruiting IT executives across a variety of industries, who have a depth of understanding of how technology enables and accelerates the business to achieve goals.

Since joining Korn/Ferry in 2000, Ms. Hopkins worked within Korn/Ferry’s talent acquisition recruiting subsidiary, Futurestep, before moving into executive search. Earlier, she served at another recruiting firm.

In the community, Ms. Hopkins serves on the board of directors for Genesis Shelter, a transitional shelter for homeless, newborn babies and their families in the Atlanta area.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Virginia.
