Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Fastiggi spent seven years with another leading global executive search firm where she launched the hospitality practice, serving lodging, gaming, restaurant, cruise line and car rental clients.

With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, she is a veteran of the industry, having served over 200 consumer, technology and media clients in pursuit of C-Suite talent. Ms. Fastiggi’s recent leisure and hospitality work includes senior- level engagements with many of the world's leading hotel brands, restaurant concepts and cruise lines. In addition to her work in the hospitality sector, she has conducted engagements for a wide variety of consumer clients in the packaged goods, retail and consumer services arena.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fastiggi was associate director of staffing for Time, the magazine publishing division of Time Warner. She began her career in the hospitality industry as a sales and marketing executive with a tour operator that specialized in travel to Ireland, Scotland and England.

Ms. Fastiggi earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Temple University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Boston University.
