Mr. Binachon brings to Futurestep an extensive background in recruitment and professional services. Over the past fifteen years, he has built and developed numerous, fast growing businesses in management consulting, engineering and recruiting, to address the needs of large French international companies.

Mr. Binachon oversees the Firm’s search work, operational affairs and business development. He also manages large projects and RPOs in the region. Joining Futurestep in 2011, he is responsible for generating a high level of growth, reinforcing the consulting offering and building on market recognition of Futurestep as an industry leader in France and around the world.

Prior to his current position, he was the managing director and co-founder of Business effiScience, a technology-based management consulting firm. Earlier, he had launched and developed an engineering consulting subsidiary of an international recruitment group, which he grew to 150 employees before the business was sold. Previously, he was an executive director of Michael Page International, where he created and led the engineering and technical recruitment department.

He is a graduate of the École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and is fluent in French and English.
