Ms. Ducros has extensive experience in technology, hardware, software, telecommunications, IT services, semi-conductors. She also has a strong track record of recruiting chief information officers across a range of sectors. 

Ms. Ducros served as principal at another leading search firm for 15 years.

Ms. Ducros has worked for a variety of clients, including established companies as well as start-ups, for national and international searches.

Ms. Ducros began her career at the Ministry of Culture followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Ducros has an advanced degree in business from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
