Mr. Redding specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives for contract research organizations, VC/PE backed healthcare services companies, hospitals, health systems, payers, pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology-related organizations.

In his career, Mr. Redding has successfully completed searches for both publicly traded and privately held companies across a broad array of management functions; including CEO, President, COO, CFO, General Counsel, Human Resources and Business Development.   

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he served as a division director at a S&P 500 international recruitment firm in Philadelphia, where his responsibilities included business development, account management, and development of recruiting strategies.

Mr. Redding began his executive search career at one of United Kingdom’s fastest growing companies in London, where he was responsible for recruitment and research methodology across four different areas within the organization.

He is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the British American Business Council, an affiliate of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Redding holds an executive master’s degree in business administration from Temple University in Philadelphia and a bachelor of science degree in business studies and sport studies from Brunel University, Middlesex, U.K.
