Ms. White’s past investment experience at both Soros Private Fund Management and DLJ give her a technical understanding of strategy, the marketplace and of candidate track records. This experience has served her well helping clients hire senior executives across functional specialty.

Within real estate, Ms. White has extensive search experience across the areas of private equity/owner, investment banking/advisory, and lending and finance. She has been involved in some of the most notable hires, build outs and human capital strategies within the sector.

Within corporate private equity, Ms. White has experience across traditional LBO, middle market, minority growth capital, distressed, portfolio management and mezzanine/credit.

Ms. White joined Korn/Ferry from a well-recognized, global executive search boutique where she worked with real estate, private equity and hedge fund clients. Prior to embarking on a career in search, she worked at Soros Private Funds Management, the private equity arm of Soros Fund Management.  There, she worked on acquisitions, currency hedging and other fund related activities for the firm's global real estate merchant banking fund. Ms. White began her career in finance as an acquisitions professional in DLJ's merchant bank as part of DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners.

Ms. White serves on a variety of committees and boards for Mount Sinai Hospital, Barnard/Columbia and the ASPCA.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science, Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University.
