Mr. Beuerlein brings years of experience to Korn/Ferry and has served clients in all aspects of technology and services. Prior to his current position, Mr. Beuerlein held various leadership roles at another leading executive search firm. There, he ran the Dallas office and led the semiconductor practice before serving as the global leader of the professional services practice.

Earlier, Mr. Beuerlein was with McKinsey & Company where he served technology clients in the areas of strategy and marketing.

He began his career as a program manager in the Advanced Design Group at General Dynamics. There, he led several classified research programs for the design of advanced military aircraft.

Active in the community, Mr. Beuerlein is a co-founder of The Children’s Trust, benefiting Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, a trustee of Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and a member of The Dallas Assembly.

He earned both a master’s of science degree in aerospace engineering and master’s degree in business administration with honors from the University of Texas. Mr. Beuerlein also received his bachelor of science degree with distinction in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas.
