Mr. Grant brings extensive experience in the manufacturing and consulting industries to Korn/Ferry. In his current role, Mr. Grant manages the Firm’s consulting practice service offering development program, supporting client-specific business development activities, and overseeing global knowledge management capabilities.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Grant spent ten years with Deloitte Consulting, first as a client-facing consultant in Deloitte's strategy and operations practice and then more recently as the practice’s global advisor on knowledge management and capability development.

His responsibilities have included supporting consulting teams around the globe with service offering content and client/industry knowledge to help win key opportunities. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Grant held plant management roles at Maine manufacturers Dexter, Inc. and Acorn, Inc.

Mr. Grant earned a master of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in leadership and organizational development from the University of Southern Maine.
