Mr. Latham executes assignments across all functional areas with an emphasis on senior leadership positions in human resources, marketing, sales, nonprofit and diversity. He has conducted numerous assignments for chief human resources officers, chief executive roles and senior management throughout North America, Latin America and EMEA. Additionally, Mr. Latham has an area of expertise providing superior executive search and human capital solutions to clients in the consumer and industrial space.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he was the senior human resources manager, Florida region for The Pepsi Bottling Group. Earlier, Mr. Latham was the human resources manager for Pepsi’s Texas operations. While at Pepsi, he was an elected member of the Southeast business unit's regional diversity advisory board and has experience in major diverse recruiting initiatives.

Previously, Mr. Latham served as a financial search consultant for The Allegis Group, the world’s largest privately owned staffing company. He began his career as a marketing analyst with The Xerox Corporation, and rose to the position of country sales director for its Mexican operations.

Mr. Latham is the current president of the South East board for Friends of the Orphans (Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos), an organization dedicated to improving the lives of 3,500 orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children through a network of nine orphanages in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Latham graduated from Saint Edward’s University with a bachelor of arts degree in international relations and English.

He is fluent in Spanish.
