Mr. Bransby-Zachary is responsible for the oversight of Korn/Ferry’s approach to strategic client relationships globally. In this role, he focuses on the development of talent solutions, customized to the corporate objectives of the Firm’s clients worldwide.

Additionally, he also leads Korn/Ferry’s Global Client Strategy Team, responsible for the program management and support of the Firm’s strategic client relationships.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Bransby-Zachary was a Partner within the Firm’s Global Financial Services Market and Board Services Practice.

Before joining Korn/Ferry in 2001, Mr. Bransby-Zachary was a member of the advanced technology and telecoms practice for a pan-European search firm, where he also established and led the e-business practice.

He holds a degree in law from Manchester University.
