Mr. Mendes leads the growth of Futurestep’s operations across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. In addition, he leverages his extensive RPO experience to spearhead Futurestep’s RPO business development strategy across the region as RPO Solutions Leader.

Mr. Mendes possesses an extensive outsourcing and talent management background, having negotiated and managed complex cross-border outsourcing and talent management projects in Europe and Asia Pacific in the past decade. He has worked with global companies in the banking, IT, telecommunications, property and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mr. Mendes served as managing director and sales director Asia for Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). Before that, he was with Capital Consulting, where he was based initially in Europe before founding the Capital Consulting business in Asia, establishing a market leading business in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

Prior to this, Mr. Mendes worked in recruitment in London and Europe, having moved to London following his early sales career and retail business management studies in South Africa.
