In her role, Ms. MacDonald is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development and growth of Futurestep’s RPO and Recruitment Projects business in the United States.

Prior to her current role, Ms. MacDonald was vice president, strategic account management, responsible for the growth of key client relationships in the U.S. Joining the Firm in 1998, she has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, life sciences, advanced technology and media convergence.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Ms. MacDonald was with American Telephone & Telegraph (AT&T). She was the company’s first internet marketing manager and later, a sales director and leader of the Southern California sales division for voice, data and Web-related services. Ms. MacDonald was recognized by AT&T with a “Gold Club” status, an honor awarded to the top two percent of the organization’s employees for exceeding client expectations.

Ms. MacDonald has served on Korn/Ferry’s Global Partnership Council representing Futurestep, reporting to Korn/Ferry’s CEO. The Council is designed to provide open and honest feedback from senior partners in the global business, as well as support the Firm’s strategies and initiatives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French from the University of Virginia.
