Mr. Rosenthal brings a powerful combination of more than twenty years of experience in leadership consulting and in executive search, particularly in the technology and consumer products sectors.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rosenthal served as executive director for another leading executive search firm, leading the human resources recruiting practice for the Western United States.
Previously, Mr. Rosenthal served in high-level roles at several global leadership development and management consulting companies, including senior vice president, Western U.S. and Asia Pacific, BlessingWhite; director of account management at Watson Wyatt; and senior account executive at Forum Corporation.
A widely respected thought leader in human capital consulting, he has published and presented extensively on leadership effectiveness and talent management.
Mr. Rosenthal was a visiting lecturer for a number of years at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he taught the Leading Out Loud leadership communications course.
Mr. Rosenthal is active in community affairs and serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations: Summer Search, which develops leadership in high-potential, low-income high school youth, and the Lafayette Community Foundation, which facilitates community improvement projects.
Mr. Rosenthal earned a master’s of business administration degree from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Whitman College.
