Mr. Crawford brings more than two decades of management experience to Korn/Ferry. He created and developed the Midwest practice and brand for another leading executive search firm as global practice president, focusing on Midwest-based life science companies specializing in medical devices.

Previously, Mr. Crawford was vice president of people services for Argent Healthcare Financial Services, a national healthcare business processes outsourcing company. At Argent, he led the integration efforts of four acquisitions to a centralized human resources/financial platform.

Before working with Argent, Mr. Crawford served as vice president of human resources for the Chas. Levy Company, a $1 billion wholesale supplier of books, magazines and other entertainment media to retail and mass merchandising customers.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Crawford was vice president of human resources at Eon Labs; he also spent 11 years at Baxter International/American Hospital Supply, holding various human resources positions.

Mr. Crawford earned a master’s of business administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as a bachelor’s of business administration from Boise State University.
