With over 15 years of professional experience across all industries and functions, Mr. Perrenoud brings deep experience as an international manager to Futurestep. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the managing director of Adecco IT & Engineering in Switzerland, where he successfully turned around and repositioned the business with a clear focus on managed services and long-term contracts. Mr. Perrenoud was also Adecco’s European subject matter expert on RPO. He originally started his career at Adecco as vice president, global business development for the Adecco group.

Previously, Mr. Perrenoud was an investment manager at the Jacobs Holding AG, responsible for the active management of a portfolio company and part of the core team responsible for the evaluation and execution of new private equity investments.

He was also board member and operational manager of KJJ Transportation, Jacobs Holding AG’s private jet business.

Earlier, Mr. Perrenoud worked for McKinsey & Company in San Francisco as a senior consultant. During that time, he conducted various strategy, sales & marketing, financial planning and post-merger management projects for companies in a wide range of sectors. His previous professional experience was at Compaq Computers, where he was the Swiss finance manager. There, he led a team responsible for business planning, controlling, reporting and internal consulting.

Mr. Perrenoud earned a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from Harvard Business School, and a degree in economics from the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He is a member of the Harvard Club of Switzerland and the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Perrenoud speaks English, French and German fluently.
