Kristen Badgley Senior Vice President, Strategic Market Development Technology San Francisco
Ms. Badgley directs Korn/Ferry’s efforts to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies for the Global Technology Market, and leads the creation and execution of programs and partnerships to maximize the impact of the Firm’s presence in the market.
At Korn/Ferry, Ms. Badgley works with global practice leadership and client executives to help formulate integrated solutions to address emerging market and client needs, and increase the leverage of the Firm’s investments to enhance the value delivered to clients. She also directs the development of internal capabilities, strategic programs and client engagement to further deepen the Firm’s positioning in the market.
Ms. Badgley joined Korn/Ferry with over 20 years of executive experience in technology, business development and strategy. Prior to joining the Firm, she led strategic business development for Accenture, where she drove client development efforts with technology companies, particularly in Silicon Valley. Prior to Accenture, Ms. Badgley launched the professional services business at Sprint/Nextel. She also led the communications and high tech industry practice at Proxicom, a leading digital/online consulting firm. Previously, while based in Rome, she built and directed a joint venture initiative with Ericsson Italy.
Ms. Badgley serves on the board for the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Northern California, and actively participates in industry groups including the Bay Area Council, Joint Venture - Silicon Valley, and the Silicon Valley Executive Network.
Ms. Badgley earned a master’s in business administration degree from Harvard University, a master’s of science degree in systems engineering and a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
