Possessing close to a decade of executive search experience, Ms. Sze has conducted searches for a diverse range of consumer clients including gaming and hospitality, media, publication and consumer products. She has worked with clients to conduct local, regional and cross-broader assignments for general management positions and senior functional positions, including finance management, marketing, corporate communications and sales management.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Sze worked for another U.S. recruitment company, specializing in consumer and communications sectors. Earlier, she was with leading 4As (Association of Accredited Advertising Agents) advertising agencies in a client servicing management  capacity, working with a wide range of international and local clients.

Ms. Sze holds a bachelor of arts degree from The University of Hong Kong.

She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
