Prior to her current position, Ms. Nixon was based in the London office of Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann where she worked with the Board & CEO Services Practice, latterly responsible for leading the ‘Women on Boards’ initiative. Additionally, she led the Human Resources Center of Expertise for EMEA, and is known for her strong relationships with the FTSE 100 group HR directors.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann in 2004, she spent over 10 years working with another high profile international professional services firm, where her remit included leading the global technology practice and regional media, entertainment and communication practices.

Ms. Nixon has worked with board leadership and senior human resources executives across a range of industries, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in human capital consulting. She has a track record leading global intelligence, CEO and top team succession, leadership effectiveness and evaluation, and search projects internationally.

Her earlier experience includes sales and general management for a leading international services PLC, where a key component of her role was influencing and implementing the human resources strategy.

Ms. Nixon has made a significant contribution to thought leadership in the area of human capital, particularly in relation to CEO succession, and has extensive experience coaching FTSE 100 executives on influencing at board level.

Ms. Nixon is a qualified teacher and has represented Great Britain at European Waterpolo Club Championship level.

She earned a bachelor of science degree in sports science and a postgraduate certificate in education from Loughborough University.
