Ms. Nixon has worked with senior human resources executives across a broad range of industries, bringing over 15 years of experience in human capital consulting and search. She has a track record leading global intelligence, leadership evaluation and search projects across the industrial markets at chief executive and top team levels.
Ms. Nixon’s expertise spans behavioral psychology, organizational diagnostics and leadership services delivery across the U.K. and internationally. She provides counsel to the senior human resources community on career development, particularly in promoting the top leadership community to non-executive positions, and works closely with the Firm’s CEO and Board Services Practice.
Through her understanding of the trends reshaping human resources, Ms. Nixon has made significant contributions to thought leadership in the area of human capital.
Ms. Nixon’s experience includes sales and general management for an international services PLC, where a key component of her role was influencing and implementing the human resources strategy.
Ms. Nixon is a qualified teacher and has represented Great Britain at European Waterpolo Club Championship level.
Ms. Nixon has a bachelor of science degree in sports science and a postgraduate certificate in education from Loughborough University.
