Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. DiGregorio served as the chief financial officer of three global companies. He brings to the Firm a 30-year track record of proven international financial and operational experience.

Prior to his current position, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at St. John Knits International, Inc., a women’s apparel company. Previously, he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Jafra Cosmetics International, Inc., where during his nine years at the company, he was also the president and chief operating officer of U.S. operations, as well as general manager and chief operating officer of the company’s operations in Mexico.

Prior to Jafra, Mr. DiGregorio served as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer at publicly-held Atlantis Plastics, Inc. and held the position of senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at The Wackenhut Corporation, a public company on the NYSE. Earlier in his career, he held various financial positions at The Gillette Company (now part of The Proctor & Gamble Company), where he worked for over a decade, including assignments in Mexico, Spain and the U.K. He began his career as an auditor at Touche, Ross and Co.

Mr. DiGregorio received a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.
