Prior to his current role, he worked for an executive consulting firm, Traversa Consulting, as a founding partner where he focused predominantly on improving organization and individual performance, executing business strategy and bringing about desired culture change. There, he supported individual executives and their teams in managing organizational change, resulting from start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and re-structuring. Previously, Mr. Uher served as president of his own firm and specialized in re-design and improvement of the human resources function, leadership assessment, development and succession planning. Additionally, Mr. Uher served as a partner for Towers Perrin, where he led enterprise-wide teams chartered to develop new service offerings and also managed a regional consulting operation delivering strategy, organization, human capital and compensation services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Uher worked as a director for another consulting firm, Hay Group, conducting leadership development and succession planning, competency modeling, organization staffing and employee selection, and performance management/ Mr. Uher earned doctorate and master’s degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from Bowling Green University, Ohio.
