Prior to her current position, Ms. Pogson served as Futurestep’s Managing Director for China. Previously, she was the Managing Director, Service Delivery for Asia Pacific, and earlier, Country Manger, China. She was instrumental in establishing Futurestep’s first Service Management Center in Shanghai.

In addition to managing the ASEAN Client Solutions (RPO, Project and Consulting) and Mid-level Single Search businesses, Ms. Pogson is involved with several global and regional strategic client accounts.

Prior to joining Futurestep in 2005, she was the business development director, North Asia and China country manager for the leading provider of loyalty membership programs for the hospitality industry.

Ms. Pogson managed one of the first outsource licensed call centers in China.  Earlier, she provided a range of strategic consulting services to organizations seeking guidance on how to scale and optimize the performance of their call centers and distribution systems in China.

Ms. Pogson earned a master’s of science degree in operational research from Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. and bachelor of arts degree (hons) in Chinese from Westminister University, U.K.

Originally from Britain, she spent over 20 years living in China and is fluent in Mandarin.
