Mr. Lin has two decades of management and consulting experience in the consumer and technology sectors, and over the past ten years has helped clients build senior management teams for consumer, technology and industrial companies in Greater China and the United States.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he was with another renowned global executive search firm where he re-launched and led its Shanghai office, built senior management teams for consumer, technology and industrial companies, and played a leading role in establishing and running its Greater China, functional HR practice.

Earlier, Mr. Lin helped build the technology search practice in Southern California for another leading international executive search firm. Prior to executive search, he was with A.T. Kearney in management consulting, where he consulted for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer and technology sectors.

He also served as marketing manager for a leading real estate development company based in Taiwan for three years. He began his career in sales management with NCR.

Mr. Lin earned a master’s in business administration from the McCombs Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
