With over 20 years of experience in international executive search, Mr. Arnold has worked across business sectors and functions, based during this period in both London and Brussels.

He specializes in board-level and head-of- function appointments in a wide range of sectors in which technologies are establishing and converging, such as telecommunications services and products (voice and data communications); Internet services; communications equipment and components; and semiconductor and optical networking markets. Mr. Arnold conducts executive and non-executive director appointments.

Early in his career, he was a lawyer. 

Mr. Arnold is a graduate of Cambridge University, a barrister and has a master’s degree in business administration.

He speaks French, German and Italian.
