Mr. Lambert brings fifteen years of experience in people management related topics such as talent management, leadership development and change management.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he worked on talent management and change management at a group level for Alstom, and also the development of leaders and teams with the Airbus Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lambert was a human resources director in the pharmaceutical industry and worked as an executive search consultant.

Mr. Lambert was educated in France in medicine and business, earning his medical degree from the Faculté de Médecine Pasteur de Nice-Sophia Antipolis, and his business education degree from the Institut Commercial de Nancy. He has published books on talent and change management, and is fluent in English, French, and Swedish.
