Mr. Oberli is a recognized expert in organizational transformation, executive education, and leadership coaching. Having served as a chief executive officer, Mr. Oberli brings a wealth of experience to his client relationships. He understands the needs of a broad range of industries and has provided executive coaching services within the financial, manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, chemical, federal and state governments, and health insurance industries. He has coached and consulted with leaders and leadership teams on leadership style, communication, performance management, organizational structure and alignment, change management, cross-cultural aspects, decision making, motivation, and strategy, and he has designed, conducted, and facilitated leadership events for many organizations.

For several years, Mr. Oberli served as chief executive officer of Lore Europe, which was acquired by Korn/Ferry in late 2008. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Oberli was chief executive officer for Switzerland Insurance Holding (SIH) U.S.A. Inc., where he directed the growth of four servicing and underwriting companies in the United States and acted as liaison to all network partners in Latin America –  these companies specialized in alternative risk transfers and global insurance programs for Fortune 50 corporations. After returning to Switzerland in 1993, he served in two additional new functions: senior vice president of an international insurer to build up its international division and as executive vice president of a large health insurer to streamline sales and production.

Mr. Oberli earned a master’s of business administration degree from the Kellogg Institute at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and trade in Switzerland. He is fluent in German, English, and French and has a working knowledge in Italian and Spanish.
