Based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, Ms. Campbell is responsible for solution design, implementation, service delivery and operations and works closely with regional management team for continuous improvement. She has extensive experience in resourcing and talent management solutions, including commercial and solution design, negotiation, implementation and operational delivery management.

Earlier, Ms. Campbell was the client services director at Alexander Mann Services in London, responsible for a portfolio of RPO client solutions across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Ms. Campbell moved into executive recruitment with a leading consultancy over fifteen years ago in New Zealand and then the U.K., where she was director of the largest operating division. She started out her career with one of the big four accounting firms in Sydney.

Ms. Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree of business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a graduate certificate in management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
