Asset & Wealth Management
The Asset Management sector focus is on the institutional and retail sectors of the asset management industry. Consultants work on senior, critical roles that impact the success of an enterprise. These include investment, product, client relationship, distribution and marketing positions as well as functionally aligned roles working in conjunction with the business. Wealth Management covers the wealth management and private client arms of universal and regional banks, pure play private banks, broker/dealers, trust companies, family offices and providers of services to the wealth management sector. Engagements typically include CEOs, presidents, and other senior leadership roles across all segments in distribution, products and investments, and senior staff functions.
Consumer and Commercial Banking
