Korn/Ferry International Wins 2008 Marcom Creative Awards

Korn/Ferry International, global provider of talent management solutions, has been honored with two 2008 MarCom Creative awards by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).

The firm won a platinum award for its corporate Web site and a gold award for its corporate brochure. Innovation Protocol, a Los Angeles brand strategy consultancy, was instrumental in creating the winning work as part of its branding program for Korn/Ferry.

The AMCP recognized the Web site for its success at establishing Korn/Ferry under a new brand created to reflect its role as a global company and an industry leader. The site embodies the brand positioning of  "The Art & Science of Talent" through subtly animated graphic design as well as sophisticated backend programming that is easily tailored to the needs of the many international markets that Korn/Ferry serves.

The AMCP recognized the corporate brochure for its versatility in internal and external communications. It was designed to enable the rapidly expanding company to effectively communicate its messages and benefits to a diverse set of audiences.

The Web site and brochure are part of a new communications strategy designed to unite customers and business units in 39 countries and expand Korn/Ferry's globally-recognized presence under a new brand positioning.

Michael Distefano, Chief Marketing Officer of Korn/Ferry said, "Innovation Protocol's team of brand strategists and creative staff achieved the challenging goal of differentiating Korn/Ferry from other talent management firms and from the consulting world as a whole. Their thoroughness and expertise in brand strategy makes every recommendation a trusted one."

Sasha Strauss, Managing Director of Innovation Protocol said, "Korn/Ferry is the world leader in executive talent search and management. We love 'The Art & Science of Talent' brand positioning as it reflects Korn/Ferry's distinctive blend of creative talent evaluation and scientific talent optimization. We look forward to a continued successful collaboration with Korn/Ferry's marketing team."

Innovation Protocol began its partnership with Korn/Ferry in 2006 and has assisted the firm with many branding projects including brand architecture, naming strategy for acquired businesses and visual expression.
