- Alison Hill and Charles Yong Rejoin Korn/Ferry International -

SINGAPORE, March 18th, 2009 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, recently welcomed back two senior consultants.

Alison Hill rejoined as senior client partner for Korn/Ferry’s Global Consumer Market based in Hong Kong while Charles Yong rejoined Korn/Ferry in Singapore as senior client partner for the Firm’s Global Industrial Markets.

Ms. Hill has over 20 years of executive search experience in the consumer and retail sector. In her career, she has worked at chairman and board level, and across functional director and C-suite positions. Apart from executive search, Ms. Hill has conducted board and team assessments, coaching and business advisory projects.

Ms. Hill first joined Korn/Ferry in 1997 in the London office, where she was the European Head of Retail and a member of the CEO & Board Services team. She subsequently set up her own coaching and business advisory firm before moving to Hong Kong and rejoining Korn/Ferry earlier this month.

Mr. Yong rejoins Korn/Ferry after a brief stint with another executive search firm. He has over a decade of executive search experience and will specialize in senior-level recruitment for the Basic Materials and Resources sectors as well as Supply Chain in Asia Pacific. He led major regional account relationships with clients across industries such as oil and gas, energy and professional services and headed Korn/Ferry’s Indonesian practice between 2000 and 2007.

Prior to first joining Korn/Ferry in 1999, Mr. Yong was a Management Consultant with Accenture’s (previously Andersen Consulting) Strategic Services practice based in London. He also worked for Royal/Dutch Shell in the oil and gas industry in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Korea.
