WASHINGTON, D.C., September 14, 2009 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Guy McLeod has joined its Washington, D.C. office as Client Partner and member of the firm’s Global Industrial Market, focusing on the aviation, aerospace and defense sectors.
Mr. McLeod comes to Korn/Ferry from Hedrick & Struggles, where he served as a Principal and led prominent executive search engagements for aviation, aerospace and defense companies. He has extensive global experience and previously served as president and COO of Airbus North America Sales Inc. While at Airbus, Mr. McLeod held several other senior management positions, including senior vice president and head of asset management at the company's headquarters in France. He also served as president of Airbus China, in Beijing.

Mr. McLeod is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst and received a bachelor's of science degree in chemical engineering from Edinburg University. He spent five years as an officer in the British Army, where he saw service in Hong Kong, Brunei and Northern Ireland. Mr. McLeod is a native of Great Britain and is fluent is Nepalese, French and conversational in Mandarin.
