LONDON, January 25, 2010 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Ulrika Hagle has joined the Firm as Senior Client Partner and Managing Director of the Firm’s Medical Devices Sector, EMEA, within Korn/Ferry’s Global Life Sciences Market. She will be based out of the Firm’s London office, beginning her term early April.

Ms. Hagle has extensive experience in the medical devices arena, recruiting and advising senior leaders for more than a decade. Prior to her current position, she served clients in the life sciences industry as Practice Leader for Medical Devices & Diagnostics at Heidrick & Struggles in Europe. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Hagle has successfully placed senior executives in many European and international companies, and has lived and worked in multiple countries.

“Ulrika’s expertise, client relationships and deep knowledge of the medical devices sector will play a key role in extending Korn/Ferry’s growing EMEA life sciences capabilities,” said Jay Kizer, Korn/Ferry’s global market managing director, Life Sciences.

Ms. Hagle began her career in recruitment as a Partner with Highland Partners in London. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years in the consumer goods industry. She was also the Brand Development Director, Europe, for Whirlpool in Italy, and earlier, worked in marketing with Unilever and for a diagnostics start-up company the United States.

She earned a degree from the University of Lund, Sweden.
