LOS ANGELES, January 28, 2010 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that David Beuerlein has joined its Dallas office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Market. He will specialize in executive search assignments within the Professional and IT Services Sector.
Mr. Beuerlein comes to Korn/Ferry from Spencer Stuart, where he led the global professional services practice. His expertise includes significant work in all aspects of the professional services industry, as well as building the services arms of established product-based companies. In addition, his work includes functional marketing, strategy and M&A roles within corporations outside the services arena.
“Dave possesses a keen understanding of the unique leadership demands facing professional services organizations,” said Ronald Zera, managing director for Korn/Ferry’s Dallas office. “He will be a tremendous asset to our Firm and our clients.”
Prior to entering executive search, Mr. Beuerlein was a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company and served a broad range of clients in the areas of strategy and marketing. He began his career as a program manager in the Advanced Design Group at General Dynamics. There he led several classified research programs for the design of advanced military aircraft.
Mr. Beuerlein earned a B.S. with distinction in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas and both an M.S. in aerospace engineering and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Texas. He serves on the board of trustees at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
