LONDON, March 1, 2010 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Rob Hetherington has joined the Firm as President of the Leadership and Talent Consulting business for EMEA.  He will be based in the London office. 

Mr. Hetherington was previously with Accenture for 17 years, where he most recently served as Managing Partner in the company's EALA (Europe, Africa and Latin America) Management Consultancy business.  His broad-based management, multi-cultural consulting experience ranges from banking, products and retail to telecom, utilities and resources industries, as well as the public sector.

Mr. Hetherington’s experience includes a strong focus on corporate and business unit strategy, human capital strategy, risk management, restructuring and turnaround consulting, M&A consultancy, marketing strategy, finance transformation consulting and performance improvement consulting.

Earlier, Mr. Hetherington also held positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Shearson Lehman Brothers and Barclays National Bank.  He received a master’s degree in business administration from London Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of South Africa.
