SAN FRANCISCO, June 1, 2010 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Kristen Badgley has joined as the firm as a Senior Vice President, Strategic Market Development for the Firm’s Global Technology Market.

In this newly created role, Ms. Badgley will join Korn/Ferry’s Global Technology Market leadership team. Her charter will be to drive the market development strategy and business origination efforts across Korn/Ferry’s Technology clients for the Firm’s three primary lines of business: Executive Recruitment, Leadership and Talent Consulting, and Futurestep.  

Ms. Badgley joins Korn/Ferry with more than 20 years of U.S. and international business experience in professional services and technology consulting. Most recently, she worked for Accenture as a strategic business development director, leading long-term strategic client development across all industries within Northern California to drive deeper market penetration.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Badgley was a senior director with Nextel, where she led corporate-wide initiative to create a professional services business, and a vice president with Proxicom, where she led business development, account management and practice growth efforts within the communications and high tech industries. Ms. Badgley began her career with General Electric and Lockheed Martin.

Ms. Badgley holds an MBA from Harvard University, and MS and BS degrees in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. She sits on the board for the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California.
