CHICAGO, June 26, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jody H. Cooper has rejoined the firm as a Client Partner in the External Affairs Practice, based in Chicago.

In her role, Ms. Cooper will focus on senior-level corporate communications,marketingand investor relations searches. She returns to Korn/Ferry after beginning her executive search career in the firm’s New York office, where she completed numerous search assignments on behalf of companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 1000, as well as academic institutions and trade associations.

Most recently, Ms. Cooper served as Director of Talent Acquisition for American Eagle Outfitters and as a residential realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, working with executives and families relocating into and out of the Pittsburgh area. Ms. Cooper began her career as a Media Planner and later an Account Executive for Foote Cone & Belding, a leading advertising agency.

Ms. Cooper is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She holds a MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
