DALLAS, August 30, 2007 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, has announced the appointment of Victor Arias, Jr. as a Senior Client Partner based in Dallas. He will be a senior leader in the firm’s Real Estate Sector and will additionally focus on executive search assignments in the consumer/hospitality and Board Services areas.

Arias has 11 years of experience conducting senior executive and board search assignments for large REITs, developers, full-service organizations and real estate investment firms. He joins Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a partner. Prior to his executive search career, Arias spent 15 years in the corporate and commercial real estate business, working at Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago and as EVP of Marketing for the Las Colinas development in Dallas.

Arias currently serves on the board of directors of AFC Enterprises (NASDAQ:AFCE) and as a member of the PepsiCo Advisory Board and the Notre Dame Institute of Latino Studies Advisory Council. He is a trustee emeritus on the Stanford University board of trustees. He earned his BBA from University of Texas at El Paso, and his MBA from Stanford University.
