Korn/Ferry's Silicon Valley Office Adds New Senior Client Partner

- Craig G. Smith Joins the Firm’s Global Technology Market and Board Services Practice -

SILICON VALLEY, September 21, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Craig G. Smith has joined its Silicon Valley office as a Senior Client Partner and a member of the Global Technology Market and Board Services Practice.

With a decade of executive search experience in the technology market, Smith serves public and private companies in the computing, Internet, network communications and software industry sectors. He has successfully completed assignments for Board of Director, CEO, COO and CFO positions, as well as other members of the senior leadership team determined to be integral to competitive positioning.

Most recently, Mr. Smith was Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley office of Christian & Timbers where he was a key member of the firm’s Technology Practice. Previously, Smith was with Heidrick & Struggles’ International Technology Practice. His earlier corporate experience includes Hiller Aircraft Corporation, where he headed worldwide sales and marketing; the University of Phoenix Online, where he helped build one of the first nationally accredited online degree programs; and IBM, where he held a series of sales and marketing positions.

Smith holds a B.S. degree in marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
