DALLAS, July 30, 2007 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jay Kizer has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner and Regional Markets Managing Director, North America, for the Life Sciences Market. He is based in Dallas.

Kizer, 44, will oversee senior-level assignments in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, and contract service sectors. He has 17 years of executive search experience, most recently with the Dallas office of Russell Reynolds Associates as leader of their Healthcare Sector for the Americas and Asia. He has completed searches for CEOs, CFOs, board directors and other functional executives for leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer health clients.
