Korn/Ferry International Appoints Lewis Rusen as Managing Director for Toronto

TORONTO, April 2, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Lewis Rusen to Office Managing Director in Toronto. Jeffrey Rosin, who previously held the position, will continue in his role as President, Canada, overseeing the region’s four local offices – Calgary, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, as well as focusing on the firm’s Board and CEO practice in Canada.

In addition to his Office Managing Director role, Mr. Rusen is a Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Development Solutions team. He has more than 15 years of talent management and leadership development experience with global organizations, most recently at Campbell Soup Company, where he served as Vice President, Organization Effectiveness.
