LOS ANGELES, February 12, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Carlos Garcia has joined its Los Angeles office as a Senior Client Partner.

Garcia will focus on senior-level searches across a broad range of operational areas, including sales, marketing, distribution, manufacturing, product development, procurement and technology for clients in diverse sectors, including consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, building products and automotive. He joins Korn/Ferry from the executive search firm Morgan Samuels Company, where he was a Principal and led the Operations Practice.

Garcia’s management and consulting experience spans 22 years across both North America and Latin America in a wide range of manufacturing- and distribution-intensive enterprises. He was a strategy and operations consultant for 11 years with Booz Allen Hamilton and earlier, spent six years in key production management and strategic planning roles for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

Garcia has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Haverford College.
