- Turkish Human Capital Solutions Provider K Partners to Become Wholly-Owned Korn/Ferry Office -

ISTANBUL, Turkey, November 16, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that its Turkish alliance partner, K Partners, has rejoined the firm as a wholly-owned and fully-integrated Korn/Ferry office.

Effective immediately, K Partners, Turkey’s leading independent human capital solutions provider with services ranging from executive search to management audit and board placement, joins Korn/Ferry’s worldwide network of more than 70 offices in 40 countries throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East & Africa. This venture is the latest in Korn/Ferry’s ongoing commitment to creating seamless service delivery capabilities in the dynamic economies of Central and Eastern Europe. Korn/Ferry first had a wholly-owned office in Istanbul from 1996-2001 before the formation of K Partners, a Korn/Ferry alliance partner.

Heading the newly integrated Istanbul office will be Serif Kaynar, Senior Client Partner and Country Managing Director, who since 2001 has served as Managing Partner of K Partners. Kaynar will be supported by Senior Client Partner Orhan Alver and a team of 12 professionals, including partners, associates, researchers and support staff.
